How do I return an item?

It's important to us that you are happy with your new decal. If for some reason you did not get what you expected, we want to work with you to make it right.

We accept returns of standard decals in new condition within 30 days of your order. You may exchange your decal for another or you may request a refund. We do not refund the cost of shipping, only the cost of the decal.

What kind of returns are allowed?
You may return a small or medium sized decal that has standard text

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF LARGE OR EXTRA LARGE DECALS
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF DECALS PRINTED BACKWARDS
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF DECALS FEATURING YOUR CUSTOM TEXT

We cannot resell decals unless they are a small or medium decal with our own text..

When you return your decal, please include your invoice and a note telling us if you want an exchange or a refund for the returned decal.
